Yarra Valley & Mornington Peninsula

Wine Tours
Melbourne

Small groups. Hidden gems. A proper Italian welcome.

A happy group at Sir Paz Estate, Yarra Valley

Sir Paz Estate — one of our favourite hidden stops

"Not a party bus. Not a tourist route. Just great wine, great food, and the places most people never find."

Nearly a decade
in the valley.

My name is Davide. I'm Italian, I grew up with wine at the table, and I've spent nearly ten years guiding people through the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula — first for others, now for myself.

I'm not a sommelier with a clipboard. I'm someone who genuinely loves wine, loves food, and loves showing people the places you won't find on a TripAdvisor list — the family cellars, the hillside spots, the producers who pour you something special because they know your guide.

I take groups of up to 11 people in a comfortable private minibus. One tour at a time. Done properly.

What makes
a great day out

🍷

Wine Tastings

Curated visits to 3–4 wineries, including producers most tour groups never see. We go where the wine is genuinely good, not where the bus fits the car park.

🍽️

Amazing Lunch

A long, leisurely lunch at a place worth sitting in. Good food, good wine, good company. No rush, no conveyor belt of courses.

🚐

Private Minibus

Door-to-door from Melbourne. Up to 11 people, all together, no strangers. Your group, your day — the way it should be.

🗺️

Hidden Spots

After nearly a decade in both regions, I know the back roads, the quiet estates, and the cellars that make for a genuinely memorable day.

🇮🇹

Italian Hospitality

Wine is personal in Italy. You share it, you talk about it, you enjoy it without pretension. That's the spirit I bring to every tour.

Fully Organised

You organise nothing except showing up. Perfect for work teams, birthdays, and anyone who just wants a brilliant day without the planning.

Agapanthus flowers with vineyard views
Roses along the vine rows

Roses and vines with mountain backdrop
Italian food spread — prosciutto, caprese, croquettes and wine

Good wine needs
good food.

Lunch is not an afterthought. It's part of the day. Think long tables, shared plates, and the kind of spread that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Italian at heart — cured meats, fresh bread, something warm, something cold. Wine open on the table. No rushing. No clock watching.

Two iconic
wine regions

Yarra Valley
01

Yarra Valley

One hour from the CBD

Rolling hills, cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and some of Victoria's most picturesque wineries. This is my home turf — I know it intimately, including the places the guidebooks miss.

Mornington Peninsula
02

Mornington Peninsula

Coastal wine country

Ocean views, Pinot Gris, and an entirely different character to the Yarra. A perfect contrast and a spectacular setting for a day out with a group who appreciates something a little more off the beaten path.
