Small groups. Hidden gems. A proper Italian welcome.
Sir Paz Estate — one of our favourite hidden stops
"Not a party bus. Not a tourist route. Just great wine, great food, and the places most people never find."
My name is Davide. I'm Italian, I grew up with wine at the table, and I've spent nearly ten years guiding people through the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula — first for others, now for myself.
I'm not a sommelier with a clipboard. I'm someone who genuinely loves wine, loves food, and loves showing people the places you won't find on a TripAdvisor list — the family cellars, the hillside spots, the producers who pour you something special because they know your guide.
I take groups of up to 11 people in a comfortable private minibus. One tour at a time. Done properly.

Curated visits to 3–4 wineries, including producers most tour groups never see. We go where the wine is genuinely good, not where the bus fits the car park.
A long, leisurely lunch at a place worth sitting in. Good food, good wine, good company. No rush, no conveyor belt of courses.
Door-to-door from Melbourne. Up to 11 people, all together, no strangers. Your group, your day — the way it should be.
After nearly a decade in both regions, I know the back roads, the quiet estates, and the cellars that make for a genuinely memorable day.
Wine is personal in Italy. You share it, you talk about it, you enjoy it without pretension. That's the spirit I bring to every tour.
You organise nothing except showing up. Perfect for work teams, birthdays, and anyone who just wants a brilliant day without the planning.
Lunch is not an afterthought. It's part of the day. Think long tables, shared plates, and the kind of spread that makes you want to stay a little longer.
Italian at heart — cured meats, fresh bread, something warm, something cold. Wine open on the table. No rushing. No clock watching.
Send a message with your date, group size, and which region interests you.
I'll come back to you personally to lock in the details and answer any questions.
The minibus collects your group from Melbourne — you just need to show up.
Wine, food, great company, and home before dark. That's it.
"The kind of day that reminds you why you live in Melbourne."
No online forms, no booking systems. Just send me a message and we'll sort it out like people used to.
